Should the straps or zipper be defective, such as being unable to zip, we will attempt to repair the bag or will replace it with a new one.

This does not cover wear-and-tear or accidental damage made to the bag such as cuts, holes, stains and creases.

Shipping costs for replacement may be incurred. If replacement is unavailable (eg. out of stock), a similar type and valued item will be offered.
