We are proud of our products’ design and quality! As such, all products will have a minimum of 30 days guarantee from the date of receipt based on the tracking number provided. Some items may have an extended guarantee period of up to 5 years. Do refer to the individual product pages for the coverage length. For more details, see our Guarantee page for more details.
If you have entered an incorrect address or purchased the wrong item, do contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it on our end!
To ensure that you receive your order quickly and safely, please provide us with a full and accurate shipping address! This includes:

All orders ship from our home base, Singapore. We deliver happiness worldwide using trackable air-flown shipping.

Yes! We do offer free shipping worldwide for orders above S$99 or equivalent currency.
If your order is under S$99, a flat fee for delivery applies:
- USA & Canada: S$30.
- Australia: S$20
- Malaysia: S$9
- Indonesia: S$19
- Rest of the world: S$50
Yes you will need to pay import duties. The amount depends on your country and the order value. If there is a need to pay duties, the courier will contact you accordingly.
Style Degree will not be liable for any charges including return postage cost or custom duties which could arise from the recipient refusing delivery due to import duties, being uncontactable or providing incorrect address amongst other reasons.
Order Issues & Returns
Product defects or incorrect items are rare but they do happen. We have quality checks and processes in place to identify defective & incorrect items. However, should you receive any defective or incorrect items, we are truly sorry for it!
Please contact us here or drop us an email at hello@styledegree.sg within 10 days of receiving the order and we will be glad to assist you. Do include photos of the defective or incorrect items. If we require you to return the product back to us, we will cover any delivery charges depending on the scenario.
Yes! To help you shop with a peace of mind, we offer returns within 10 days of the shipping date – no questions asked. To ensure that all returns are handled smoothly:
- Ensure that returning item(s) are in their original condition and packaging. We may refuse returns in poor condition!
- Returns will provided with in-store credit. These credits are available storewide & have no expiry.
- Each order is entitled to 1 return request. You may return multiple items in that one request.
Do note that the return postage charges and duties will be borne by the customer. We will return the order amount to you in the form of in-store credits with no expiry.
Please note that returns, replacements, guarantee or warranty matters are subjected to approval. Style Degree reserves the right for making the final decision. We will do our best to ensure that you have a smooth and pleasant experience with us!
